Located just 15 minutes from Norwich and 10 minutes from the A47 Southern By-Pass, Roundwood is situated within attractive woodland.  Our flexible space makes us an ideal staff training venue, meeting room, or room for conferences.

We can be totally flexible with your catering and can provide anything from a platter of sandwiches to a three course meal.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

WEEKDAY – FULL DAY RATE (From 8.00 am to 6.00 pm) £180.00

WEEKDAY – FULL DAY RATE 2 x ½ Day Sessions with room reset midday (From 8.00 am to 6.00 pm) £210.00

WEEKDAY – HALF DAY RATE (8.00 to 2.00 pm or 12.30 pm to 6.00 pm) £120.00

WEEKDAY EVENING (From 6.30 pm to 10.30pm) £60.00, Clubs and Charities discounts by agreement

Tea & Coffee, filter coffee with a selection of teas –  £1.50 per delegate per serving,

Perpetual Tea & Coffee, beverage station with filter coffee with a selection of teas replenished throughout the day as required – £2.00 half day/£3.50 full day per delegate

Tea & Coffee served with biscuit selection – £1.75 per delegate per serving,

Tea & Coffee served with Danish Pastries or Sausage Roll & Cheese Straws – £2.50 per delegate

Hire of Water Boiler – the budget friendly DIY Option. We supply a water boiler throughout the day, you supply disposable cups, spoons, tea, coffee milk and sugar ½ day £10, full day £20

Light Lunch – A simple light lunch of sandwich platters with a selection of fillings, crisps, Sausage Rolls served with Crudités & with Sour Cream & Chive Dip or Fresh Fruit £4 per delegate

Jacket Potato Lunch – (max 70 delegates), oven cooked jacket potatoes with butter and a choice or Coleslaw, Tuna & Mayo, Cheddar Cheese, Beans £4, if you would like to add Tikka or Chilli £5.

Buffet Lunch – Sandwich Platter with a selection of fillings, Cheese Straws, Selection of Homemade Quiches, Sausage Rolls, Vegetable Crudités served with Sour Cream & Chive Dip, Tortillas Chips with Salsa, Potato Crisps.  Homemade Lemon Drizzle Cake & Chocolate Brownies, Fresh Fruit Bowl for £7.50 per delegate

Breakfast Meeting

£16.00 – minimum 15 delegates

Breakfast meetings are available from 7.00am. Ideal for networking events.

Full English Breakfast, orange juice, croissants, toast, preserves, tea/coffee.  With healthy option – muesli, fruit and yoghurt.

Includes up to 3hrs room hire.

(WiFi available, use of flip chart, projector screen, flat screen plasma TV and data projector if required).
