Can I change one of your wedding packages?
Yes – our packages are discounted so they are a great starting point, we take a flexible approach to helping you plan your day – so let us know if there is something you would like to add or change and we can give you a price.
I don’t want to have a sit down Wedding Breakfast – what would you recommend instead?
How about a home baked afternoon tea – choose five items from our menu (just make sure you include the legendary brownies!)
What is the maximum number of guests I can invite?
We can accommodate 160 guests for your party or evening reception.
What time shall I invite my day guests to arrive?
We would recommend 1 hour before your ceremony.
How long does a wedding ceremony last?
Usually allow for a ceremony to last for 30 minutes.
How many pieces of music do I need for a wedding ceremony?
You will need to choose 5 pieces of music, one for the Bride’s entrance, three for signing the Register, and one for your exit.
When are the wedding speeches and in what order?
At Roundwood we recommend your speeches are before your meal. The traditional order is for the Father of the Bride, followed by the Groom, then the Best Man.
Can guests use confetti?
Yes but it must be biodegradable please.
What time shall I invite my evening wedding guests to arrive?
We would recommend 7 to 7.30pm
Can we have a bouncy castle in the garden?
Yes – depending on size. Adult sized bouncy castles are a good idea (so everyone can have a go!), usually ones without a slide fit best, contact us if you need dimensions of the garden.
What about accommodation ?
Roundwood wedding parties receive a 10% discount at Norwich Holiday Inn Express but this is subject to availability. (Contact us so we can email you the link required to make your booking).
Alternatively contact Easton Guest house on 01603 880966 who offer rooms at a discount if you mention Roundwood – again subject to availability.
Can I leave my car at Roundwood overnight?
Guests are welcome to leave cars in our car parks overnight to collect the next morning. (Please be aware that this is at their own risk)
