We provide the venue, you bring the ideas!  You’ll be surprised at just how flexible we can be.  Our experienced team can help you plan your day how you want it, traditional, formal, casual or maybe a little quirky, just let us know.

Yours will be the only event here so your wedding is our priority too.  Your guests will all be in one place as your exclusive bar is in your reception room and your guests will also enjoy exclusive use of our garden throughout the day (weather dependent).

Ceremony at Roundwood?

As an approved venue Roundwood is licensed for Civil Marriages and Partnerships.  So you can have the convenience, for you and your guests, of your ceremony followed seamlessly by your choice of Reception,  everything in one place.  If you would like to hold your ceremony outside our private garden is the ideal place for a ‘Duo’ Ceremony.   Alternatively, if your ceremony is elsewhere, we can help you arrange your evening reception at Roundwood.

The Perfect Wedding Venue

Roundwood has a dedicated function room with it’s own bar, entrance, garden and facilities and can accommodate up to 140 people. We’re surrounded by woodland with views over the Wensum Valley, so a lovely setting for your photographs. Roundwood is a family friendly venue with outside space for a bouncy castle in our enclosed garden. Our venue is now temperature controlled for your comfort. We have easy access for all and ample parking.

We can also help with other aspects of your wedding planning, and have arranged discounted local accommodation.  Please contact us for details of our trusted suppliers, who will also help ensure your wedding day runs smoothly and looks stunning.

At Roundwood we offer inclusive wedding packages that are designed to help you plan your day within your budget. Our packages are all discounted to offer you great value and we aim to be as clear as possible with our pricing, so there are no hidden costs added later.

We take a very flexible approach here and are happy to add features to your package as required, so our  packages are a great starting point.   However if you would prefer to self build your day to your requirements we are happy to help and can provide a no obligation quote.

We can now also offer a fully vegan buffet for you and your guests for your wedding.  Just ask if you would like a menu.

Roundwood After Party

This package is the ideal party after your wedding ceremony wherever that may be, the registry office, church or abroad.  Our Roundwood Reception package includes everything you and your guests will need for a memorable celebration.  This flexible package can also be tailored to your requirements.  Please see optional extras or just share your ideas with us!

To help you celebrate, the happy couple’s food is courtesy of Roundwood. You pay only for your guests.

  • Room Hire from 6:30pm till 12:30am
  • Your choice of chair covers & sashes
  • Contemporary white tablecloths
  • Table dressing service (with your place cards, favours, table confetti & assembled table centres)

  • Roundwood Buffet for 80 guests

All Inclusive Ceremony & Reception

Your guests will appreciate the full drinks and food package included in our All Inclusive Ceremony & Reception package.  We include a Bucks Fizz cocktail served after your ceremony, your guests’ choice of bottles of wine on their tables and a prosecco toast drink.  Your two course wedding breakfast is included along with your evening buffet. 

Also included along with the chair covers and sashes are the starlight backdrop and the use of our candy cart with scoops and jars, just bring your own favourite sweets.

Wedding Festival Camping Package

Combine your wedding in our function suite with a weekend stay for you and your guests at our brand new campsite, Roundwood Dell, and we will take care of everything.

  • Exclusive use of campsite and associated facilities from 3pm Friday – 12pm Sunday for up to 60 guests
  • BBQ for you and your guests on the campsite or gardens
  • Continental Breakfast served in The Barn
  • Private shower and dressing room for bridal party in The Clubhouse
  • All-inclusive wedding package (Services of Registrar are not included and must be booked separately.) in our function room from 12 noon Saturday
  • Full English Breakfast in the Clubhouse on Sunday
  • Option extras – Bell Tent hire from The Little Beach Bell Company, Champagne served with breakfast
